Overtime Regulations Workshop

Confused about what new overtime regulations mean for your organization? Join Leadership Lancaster, the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Non-Profit Resource Network, BIA, ABC, Discover Lancaster, and Economic Development Company of Lancaster County on Wednesday, August 21 for an overtime regulations workshop.

This workshop will include an overview of the changes to the regulation and employer options for response. You will then break out into industry sector specific sessions. You will not only walk away with a potential strategy, but also create a peer network from your sector that can be useful moving forward.

Presenters are Jeff Ouellet of Appel & Yost, Whitney Rahman of Blakinger Thomas, Susan Friedman of Stevens & Lee, Eric Athey of McNees, Wallace & Nurick, Jill Welch of Barley Snyder, and Howard Kelin of Kegel Kelin Almy & Lord.

Transformational Leadership Series

In partnership with Elizabethtown College's School of Continuing and Professional Studies, become a Transformational Leader who creates an inspiring vision of the future, motivates people to deliver on that vision, and builds stronger relationships.

Individual sessions are $75/per person, or $250 for all four sessions. Each session will be capped at 30 participants. Sessions will be held at the IU-13 in Lancaster and breakfast will be provided.
