Transformational Leadership Series: Leading into the Future

Join Leadership Lancaster and the Elizabethtown College School of Continuing & Professional Studies for The Transformational Leadership Series.

This series is designed to take your leadership to the next level. Participants will analyze the characteristics of transformational and servant leadership and examine best practices that integrate those characteristics to become a more effective leader. Participants will also learn how to demonstrate authentic leadership, create a culture of collaboration and build higher performing teams.

Current faculty members of Elizabethtown College's graduate programs and local leadership experts will be presenting.

Great Leaders Never Stop Learning

Elizabethtown College values the importance of the Leadership Lancaster program and the impact LL graduates have on our local community. Because of that, Elizabethtown's School of Continuing and Professional Studies (SCPS) is pleased to offer Affinity Pricing to graduates of Leadership Lancaster's Core Class and Executive Orientation Series. Affinity Pricing provides a 10% tuition discount off the per-credit rate for all SCPS undergraduate and graduate degree program offerings.

Additionally, Core Class graduates may elect to submit a course equivalency proposal that can earn them up to three college credits. If accepted, these credits can be applied as an elective to any SCPS undergraduate or graduate program at any SCPS location.
