Local Professional Leadership Development

Our mission: to develop outstanding community leadership to support the needs of Lancaster County.

Leadership Lancaster's purpose is to identify existing and emerging leaders, to prepare them for roles in shaping the future and to entrust them to guide the county in the years ahead.

Every day, graduates of Leadership Lancaster make a difference in our community. LL graduates can be found on almost all boards and committees of nonprofit organizations in the county. Over 100 local companies sponsor programs of the organization; and over 125 faculty and facilitators volunteer to execute these programs.

Our 30th Anniversary class may be coming to an end, but you still have a chance to make a 30-30-30 gift in support of programs you benefited from, and for scholarships to ensure emerging community leaders are able to take advantage of our training.
Ambassadors from all 30 classes have been hard at work, writing their classmates and asking for a donation for the 30-30-30 campaign. Have you gotten your letter yet?
