Great Leaders Never Stop Learning

Elizabethtown College values the importance of the Leadership Lancaster program and the impact LL graduates have on our local community. Because of that, Elizabethtown's School of Continuing and Professional Studies (SCPS) is pleased to offer Affinity Pricing to graduates of Leadership Lancaster's Core Class and Executive Orientation Series. Affinity Pricing provides a 10% tuition discount off the per-credit rate for all SCPS undergraduate and graduate degree program offerings.

Additionally, Core Class graduates may elect to submit a course equivalency proposal that can earn them up to three college credits. If accepted, these credits can be applied as an elective to any SCPS undergraduate or graduate program at any SCPS location.

For more details and partnership details, visit the Elizabethtown College website.

A message from Deb Rohrer

Dear Leadership Lancaster Alumni and Friends,
Ten years ago, the Leadership Lancaster Board of Directors gave me an opportunity of a lifetime: to lead an organization that has a rich history of developing leaders who impact and inspire our community every day. The experience has truly been an honor and a privilege. I have always said I have the best job in Lancaster County. Every day I get to help people who just want to do good.
It has been so rewarding to introduce people to our very special community, and to be a catalyst to their engagement and leadership development. And, it has been a ton of fun along the way!
Today, I write to let you know that I will be retiring from Leadership Lancaster at the end of June 2017. The decision is bittersweet, of course.
I will miss the excitement, successes, and even the challenges. I will miss each and every one of you. You have given me so much support over the years. I cannot thank you enough.
Over the course of the next year, I will be engaged in the process of obtaining my professional coaching certification. I look forward to the possibilities that present as a way to continue my love of helping great people become even better. I hope you share my excitement.
Together, we have lots to accomplish over the next 6 months. I am confident that we will continue to do great things for LL and our community. I know you share that commitment.
So, June will be an ending and a beginning for me and for this organization I love so much. Until then, we will continue to do the great work that Leadership Lancaster has always done.
I am grateful from the bottom of my heart for your confidence in me, your support and your friendships, and above all your love of Leadership Lancaster and our wonderful community.

Be Great.
Deb
