The Leadership Lancaster Board of Directors is pleased to introduce Executive Director, Deb Rohrer. Deb has fifteen years’ experience working with community based organizations, most recently as Director of Leadership Giving with the United Way of Lancaster County. Deb’s experience in major gifts fundraising and nonprofit management, combined with her knowledge of Lancaster County’s community agencies, make her a perfect fit with Leadership Lancaster’s mission of developing outstanding community leadership to support the needs of Lancaster County. Susanne Hershey-Babec
Program Director

Susanne works closely with the Board and other volunteers to oversee implementation of programming for the Core Class, Executive Orientation Series, and Leadership Advantage. In addition, she supports the strategic planning, fundraising, marketing and public relations functions. Susanne came to Leadership Lancaster after working for almost six years at the American Red Cross. She was born and raised in Lancaster County. She attended Kutztown University and then graduated with a B.S. in Management & Organizational Development from Eastern Mennonite University in 2001.  She and her husband Mark live in Lancaster city.
