Local Professional Leadership Development
Leadership Lancaster's purpose is to identify existing and emerging leaders, to prepare them for roles in shaping the future and to entrust them to guide the county in the years ahead. As a base for this role, it is crucial to expose our leaders to this distinct county, to its history, culture, character and needs and to expand personal understanding of leadership styles and skills. With this knowledge you can lead the county in envisioning positive change.
Every day, graduates of Leadership Lancaster make a difference in our community. LL graduates can be found on almost all boards and committees of nonprofit organizations in the county. Over 100 local companies sponsor programs of the organization; and over 125 faculty and facilitators volunteer to execute these programs.
Our mission: to develop outstanding community leadership to support the needs of Lancaster County.
